The Collection of Your Personal Information The Personal Information Blueprint Recruitment Services may collect about you will generally be obtained from your resume and at the time of interview. The information collected about you will include; your name, address and other contact details, emergency contact details, nationality and residency status, date of birth, qualifications, skills, languages spoken, employment history, past responsibilities , information about any incidents in the workplace and information in relation to absences from work due to leave, illness or other causes. We will also collect work performance information about you and will ask for the contact details of referees. Blueprint Recruitment Services may also collect sensitive information about you which is information or opinion about you such as membership of a professional or trade association, membership of a trade union, criminal record and any relevant medical history. How we use your Personal Information Candidate Information – The Personal Information Blueprint Recruitment collects from you is used for the purpose of placing you in a suitable position or as stated in this Privacy Policy. We will not use any of your Personal Information without first seeking your consent, unless authorised or required by law. When you have given us your approval, your information may be disclosed to prospective employers. Blueprint Recruitment Services may also use and disclose your personal information to answer any questions you have about the recruitment process, to keep you informed of new developments that may be of interest to you (if you are contacted without prior consent we will provide you with the opportunity to decline any further marketing communication). We may also use and disclose your Personal Information to third parties who provide services to us such as IT consultants, mailing houses and function co-ordinators or parties involved with any insurance claim or proposal that requires disclosure of your personal or sensitive information. Client Information – With your prior consent Blueprint Recruitment Services may disclose your information to third parties we have commissioned to provide the services you have requested such as skills tests or psychometric evaluations. Access to Information You may have access to see and copy the Personal Information held by Blueprint Recruitment Services about you by contacting the Privacy Officer as set out below. We will provide you with access to your personal information unless we are legally authorised to refuse your request. Blueprint Recruitment Services will make every effort to ensure your personal information is accurate and up to date. If you wish to change or update any of the personal information we hold about you, again, please contact the Privacy Officer as set out below. Security Whether you interact with us by telephone, in person, by mail or over the Internet, safeguarding the privacy of your information is important to Blueprint Recruitment Services.
